- Place the longevity herbs in the glass container and gently fill to just under the rim. Allow the herbs to soak in the spirits out of direct sunlight and gently stir or rotate once daily. Soak the herbs for a minimum of 100 days. Longer decoction time provides even greater extraction of the herb's healing and restoring essence.
- After 100 days your Shen Ming Longevity Spirits are ready to enjoy. Enjoy 1/4 to 1 ounce daily.
